"I woke up to a phone call for my insurance and normally I wouldn’t wanna talk to anyone when I first wake up but Vikki was an absolute pleasure to talk to. I just lost my daughter in August and she was very much sympathetic towards that and just altogether an absolute wonderful person to talk to!! She made everything very easy to do and was very clear on everything that she was gonna do on my end and hers, so there was no confusion and that’s very hard to come by because most of them make it very difficult for you to understand things especially when it comes to Insurance! I even told my dad about it. He called her as well and absolutely loved her. Y’all have a very sweet, compassionate, understanding, has very good patience.
